- This offer is only available to ITM clients who purchase Marley Stratus Design Series Rainwater products through ITM from 1 October 2020 to 30 November 2020.

- This promotion is only available to ITM store customers.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other MARLEY NZ/ ITM promotion.
- This prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The offer is: Spend $350 on Marley Stratus Design Series Rainwater at ITM (95 branches) between 1 October 2020 to 30 November 2020 and go into the draw to win a day out on the water with Ultimate Charters.
- The draw will take place on 1 December, with the winner notified by phone or email the same day.
- Prize – 1 x full day out on the Hauraki Gulf with Ultimate Charters. Includes fishing rod and reel, bait & ice. If outside Auckland, return flights & accommodation are included. Winners outside of Auckland, must get themselves to their nearest airport for flights to Auckland. This is not included in the prize. Value $3500.
- All transfers are at the expense of the winner.

- Every completed purchase receipt or invoice to the value of $350 or more qualifies.
- The more receipts numbers or invoices you upload the more entries you get into the draw.

- The ULTIMATE CHARTERS experience voucher must be redeemed by June 01, 2021. The voucher must be redeemed in one. No cash or change can be given from the voucher.
- The winner will be drawn from qualified entries at random by Marley, and the result is final.
