Tough enough for the tropics
Northern Blue Construction and Studio Architects faced such a challenge at the brand new Naisoso island development located in Nadi Bay, Fiji. A short walk from the island’s five-star hotels, gourmet restaurants and vast marina, they have developed a 1000m2 featuring views of Fiji’s tropical hinterland on one side with the idyllic ocean expanse on the other.
Marley’s rugged half-round Magnum® spouting and downpipe system provided the perfect solution, combining style with durability and performance.
One particular challenge for the designers was to safely manage the periods of heavy rainfall common to tropical locations, and do so with spouting and downpipes that would last in the corrosive coastal environment.
